We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Planning:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Contribute to the overall strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Recruitment and Staffing:
Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and address talent gaps.
Employee Relations:
Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and collaborative work environment.
Conduct investigations and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
Performance Management:
Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
Work with managers to set performance goals and development plans for employees.
Training and Development:
Develop and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Support employee career development initiatives.
Policy Development and Compliance:
Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Employee Benefits and Compensation:
Administer employee benefit programs and ensure competitive and fair compensation structures.
Conduct salary reviews and benchmarking.
Employee Engagement and Culture:
Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
Plan and execute employee recognition programs and events.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Handle HR-related administrative tasks and documentation.
Legal Compliance:
Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations.
Ensure HR practices are in compliance with legal requirements.
Mandatory Requirements of Candidates :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and training.
SHRM or HRCI certification is desirable.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office Suite.
