Mr Moorthy with a corporate experience at senior management role during his esteemed corporate days ventured into full time external trainer/consultant via the HRDCorp initiative. Under the prestigious Train The Trainer (TTT) programme via the Ministry of Human Resource Malaysia to enhance and produce and setting apart  "technical" experts from academic workforce, Mr Moorthy has led Krissai Management in certifying more than 1000 trainers and counting till date.

 

This programme is for INDIVIDUALS with ANY SUBJECT EXPERTISE such as a "FINANCIAL TRADER" , "LANGUAGE EXPERT", and much more ranging from ANY AGE to become a "CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL TRAINER".

 

Under the HUMAN RESOURCE MINISTRY OF MALAYSIA efforts in ensuring INDIVIDUALS WHOM ARE TTT Certified are capable in conducting  "CERTIFIED TRAININGS" for companies and other individuals, Mr Moorthy has ensured the quality of participants becoming professional trainers through the esteemed TTT PROGRAMME.
