Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Clerk to join our team and assist in the financial operations of our organization. The Accounts Clerk will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and payments, and supporting the overall accounting function. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good numerical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities:

Process and reconcile invoices, expense reports, and financial documents
Verify and record financial transactions in accounting software or systems
Prepare and issue invoices to customers and clients
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
Reconcile bank statements and perform bank deposits and withdrawals
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and filing systems
Respond to financial inquiries from internal stakeholders and external vendors
Support the accounting team in various administrative tasks

Mandatory Requirement of Candidates: 

Requirements:

Diploma in Accounting; some college-level accounting coursework is preferred
1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role is desirable
Familiarity with basic accounting principles and processes
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Good numerical skills and attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as needed
