Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Export Customer Service Representative to join our team and assist in handling LCL (Less than Container Load) and FCL (Full Container Load) shipments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be customer-focused, and have a solid understanding of international shipping processes.

Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and providing updates on shipment status
Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and other parties involved in the shipping process to ensure timely delivery of shipments
Create and process export documentation, including bills of lading and customs declarations
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and guidelines
Calculate freight rates and provide quotes to customers
Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
Resolve any issues or problems that may arise during the shipping process
Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers

Mandatory Requirements of Candidates :

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in export customer service, with experience in LCL and FCL shipments
Strong understanding of international shipping processes and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with customers and other stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Detail-oriented and organized, with strong time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with shipping software and systems
