Job Description:

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Export Customer Service Executive to join our team and provide exceptional service to our export customers. The Export Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, order processing, shipment coordination, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the export process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of export procedures.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for export customers, addressing inquiries and providing timely and accurate information
Process and manage export orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with export regulations
Coordinate with internal departments, such as logistics, sales, and finance, to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment coordination
Monitor shipment progress and proactively communicate updates to customers
Resolve any customer issues or concerns related to export orders, working closely with the relevant teams to find solutions
Assist in preparing and reviewing export documentation, including shipping instructions, commercial invoices, and customs declarations
Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, and other service providers to ensure smooth export operations
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation related to export activities
Identify opportunities to improve export customer service processes and contribute to their implementation

Mandatory Requirements of Candidates :

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field is preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in export customer service or a similar role
Strong knowledge of export procedures, international trade regulations, and documentation requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships
Proficiency in using customer service software and systems
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Familiarity with logistics and shipment coordination
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
