Key Responsibilities:

Vessel Boarding Coordination:

Coordinate and facilitate the boarding and disembarkation of crew and personnel from vessels.
Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and port procedures.
Document Verification:

Verify and process shipping documents, including crew lists, manifests, and other required paperwork.
Confirm that all documentation meets regulatory requirements.
Security Checks:

Conduct security checks in adherence to port and shipping security protocols.
Collaborate with port security personnel to maintain a secure environment.
Communication and Reporting:

Communicate with vessel captains, crew members, and port authorities.
Generate reports on boarding activities, including any incidents or discrepancies.
Safety Briefings:

Provide safety briefings to personnel boarding vessels, emphasizing safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Customs Compliance:

Ensure compliance with customs regulations and assist in customs clearance processes.
