Job Summary:
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Human Resources team as an HR Intern. This internship provides a hands-on experience in various HR functions, allowing the intern to gain valuable insights into the field of human resources. Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Participate in initial candidate interviews and assessments.
Employee Onboarding:

Prepare new hire welcome kits and necessary documentation.
Assist in organizing and conducting new employee orientations.
Ensure completion of required paperwork and documentation by new hires.
HR Administration:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database.
Assist in preparing HR-related reports and analytics.
Handle routine HR inquiries and provide support to employees.
Training and Development:

Collaborate in organizing training sessions and workshops.
Help track employee participation in training programs.
Assist in developing training materials and resources.
Employee Relations:

Participate in employee engagement activities and events.
Assist in conducting employee surveys and feedback sessions.
Contribute to initiatives that enhance the workplace culture.
Policy and Compliance:

Assist in updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
Support HR professionals in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Contribute to the development of employee handbooks and guidelines.

Mandatory Requirements of Candidates

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
