Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries.
Issue Resolution:

Assist in resolving customer concerns, complaints, or issues in a timely and effective manner.
Collaborate with senior customer service representatives to address complex inquiries.
Product/Service Knowledge:

Learn about our products/services to provide accurate information and support to customers.
Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies.
Communication Skills:

Develop and enhance written and verbal communication skills when interacting with customers.
Contribute to maintaining a positive and professional customer service experience.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
Generate reports to track common customer inquiries and feedback.

Work closely with other departments to gather information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Collaborate with the customer service team to share insights and best practices.
Customer Feedback:

Assist in collecting and analyzing customer feedback.
Contribute to identifying areas for improvement in customer service processes.
Administrative Support:

Provide general administrative support to the customer service team.
Assist in maintaining customer databases and updating customer records.

Mandatory Requirements of Candidates

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer-focused attitude with a desire to exceed customer expectations.
Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
