Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and creative Video/Photographer to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality video and photo content for our social media platforms, helping to enhance brand presence and engagement. Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:
• Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Develop engaging video and photo content that aligns with the company’s brand and marketing objectives.
2. Social Media Strategy Support:
• Work closely with the social media and marketing teams to align content with current trends, campaigns, and branding guidelines.
• Create visual content for both organic posts and paid advertising.
3. Photography and Videography:
• Plan and execute photoshoots and video shoots, ensuring high production quality.
• Edit and post-process photos and videos to enhance visual appeal and meet platform-specific requirements.
4. Content Calendar Management:
• Collaborate with the social media team to develop a content calendar for scheduled posts.
• Ensure timely delivery of content, adhering to deadlines and schedules.
5. Creative Input:
• Provide creative input and ideas for campaigns, ensuring that video/photo content is fresh, engaging, and aligns with trends.
• Suggest new content formats or creative concepts to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
6. Equipment Management:
• Use and maintain photography and videography equipment, ensuring that tools are ready for shoots.
• Stay up to date on the latest equipment and software in the industry.
7. Analytics and Reporting:
• Monitor engagement metrics on social media to assess the effectiveness of the content.
• Collaborate with the social media team to adjust strategies and content based on analytics.
