Key Responsibilities:

Event Set-Up:

Food and Beverage Service:

Provide professional and attentive service, anticipating and fulfilling guest needs.
Table Maintenance:

Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of tables and banquet areas.
Clear used dishes, glassware, and utensils promptly.
Guest Interaction:

Greet guests upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and helpful manner.
Collaboration with Culinary Team:

Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient service.
Communicate any guest preferences or dietary restrictions to the kitchen.
Event Coordination:

Work closely with event planners and coordinators to execute seamless events.
Follow event timelines and schedules.
Payment Processing:

Handle billing and payment processing for banquet services.
Provide accurate and timely invoices to clients.
Clean-Up:

Assist in the breakdown and clean-up of banquet venues after events.
Ensure all equipment and supplies are properly stored.
