Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our retail clothing sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth in our retail clothing sector. Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the retail clothing sector.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the team's skills and performance.
Sales Performance Monitoring:

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
Merchandising and Inventory:

Oversee the merchandising and display of clothing to maximize sales.
Manage inventory levels to ensure an optimal stock of products.
Customer Service:

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Implement customer feedback to improve services and processes.
Market Expansion:

Identify and pursue new markets and customer segments to expand the company's reach.
Develop and implement strategies to increase market share.

Work closely with the marketing and buying teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
Budget Management:

Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
Monitor expenses to ensure they align with the budget and financial goals.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's products.
Build a strong professional network to generate leads and business opportunities.

Mandatory Requirements of Candidates : 

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in retail sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a sales management role within the clothing industry.
Strong knowledge of fashion and retail trends.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Willingness to travel as required.
