We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the freight forwarding industry to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and promoting our freight forwarding services. Your primary focus will be on generating sales revenue and achieving targets. Your key duties and responsibilities will include:

Identifying and prospecting potential customers in the target market through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Understanding customer logistics requirements and providing tailored solutions using our freight forwarding services.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue and meet or exceed sales targets.
Conducting presentations and negotiations with prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our freight forwarding services.
Collaborating with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitoring market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Keeping accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or other tracking systems.
Participating in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote our brand and expand our customer base.

Mandatory Requirements of Candidates : 

Requirements:
To be considered for the position of Sales Executive in the freight forwarding industry, you should meet the following requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field (relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
Proven work experience as a Sales Executive in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
Strong knowledge of freight forwarding services, including international shipping, customs clearance, and supply chain management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and other sales tools.
Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
