We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Automotive Sales Executive to join our team. As an Automotive Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales and promoting our automotive products to prospective customers. Your primary responsibility will be to meet sales targets, build relationships with clients, and provide exceptional customer service. Your key duties and responsibilities will include:

Identifying and prospecting potential customers through various channels, including referrals, networking, and online platforms.
Understanding customer needs and preferences, and recommending suitable automotive products based on their requirements.
Conducting product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features, benefits, and performance of vehicles.
Negotiating and closing sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Collaborating with the sales team, finance department, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.
Keeping up-to-date with automotive industry trends, new models, and competitor offerings.
Participating in sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities to generate leads and promote our brand.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and vehicle inventory in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or other tracking systems.

Mandatory Requirements of Candidates : 

To be considered for the position of Automotive Sales Executive, you should meet the following requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus).
Proven work experience in automotive sales or a similar sales role.
Strong knowledge of automotive products, features, specifications, and performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.
Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Ability to adapt to changing market trends and customer preferences.
Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and other sales tools.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer schedules.
