Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Executive to join our team and support our financial operations. The Finance Executive will be responsible for financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Responsibilities:
Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights on financial performance and trends
Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process
Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring proper liquidity for operational needs
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect financial data and ensure accuracy of financial records
Support in the preparation of financial models and business cases for decision-making
Conduct variance analysis and identify areas for improvement or cost-saving opportunities
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for audits and regulatory compliance
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting
Mandatory Requirement of Candidates:
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices
Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of accounting software and systems
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
