Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with a focus on logistics to join our team. The Accounts Executive (Logistics) will be responsible for managing the financial operations related to logistics activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, logistics operations, and relevant financial regulations.
Responsibilities:
Process and review invoices, expense reports, and financial documents related to logistics operations
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable for logistics vendors and customers
Reconcile financial statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
Prepare financial reports and analysis for logistics activities
Monitor and track logistics-related expenses, revenue, and profitability
Collaborate with logistics team to ensure accurate cost allocation and reporting
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and guidelines in logistics operations
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes for logistics activities
Provide financial analysis and support to management for logistics decision-making
Mandatory Requirement of Candidates:
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in the logistics industry
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Familiarity with logistics operations and related financial aspects
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
