Job Description : 

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Hotel Manager to lead our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall operation, administration, and profitability of the hotel. Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management of all departments.
Implement and maintain high standards of service and hospitality.
Staff Management:

Recruit, train, and manage hotel staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
Guest Experience:

Prioritize guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards.
Address guest concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
Sales and Marketing:

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and occupancy.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns.
Budgeting and Financial Management:

Develop and manage the hotel budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
Monitor expenses, revenue, and profitability.
Quality Control:

Monitor and enforce quality control measures in all hotel departments.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
Compliance and Regulations:

Ensure compliance with local regulations, licensing requirements, and safety standards.
Stay informed about industry trends and changes.
Event and Conference Management:

Oversee the planning and execution of events, conferences, and functions held within the hotel.
Relationship Management:

Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, suppliers, and local community stakeholders.
Collaborate with vendors and negotiate contracts for goods and services.

Mandatory Requirements of Candidates :

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and sales.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue, control costs, and manage financial performance.
Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of industry regulations and trends.
Certification in Hotel Management or a related field is advantageous.
