Job Description : 


We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Executive to join our team. The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate individuals or departments
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Sort and distribute correspondence
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Provide information and assistance to visitors and employees
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues or complaints
- Adhere to security protocols to ensure the safety and confidentiality of visitors and employees

Mandatory Requirements of Candidates :

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Familiarity with basic administrative and clerical procedures
- Knowledge of office equipment, such as printers and scanners
