Jobs Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Engineer. The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for our products. Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Commissioning:

Install and commission equipment, ensuring it meets specified requirements.
Provide training to clients on the proper use and maintenance of products.
Technical Support:

Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical assistance via phone, email, or on-site visits.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues promptly and effectively.
Preventive Maintenance:

Conduct regular preventive maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
Repair and Maintenance:

Perform repairs on faulty equipment, replacing parts and components as needed.
Collaborate with the engineering team for complex technical issues.
Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, maintenance schedules, and customer communications.
Provide detailed documentation for each service visit.
Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional service.
Gather feedback and insights to improve product performance.
Remote Diagnostics:

Utilize remote diagnostic tools to analyze and resolve technical issues.
Provide remote support to customers when on-site visits are not required.
Quality Assurance:

Ensure that service activities comply with quality standards and industry regulations.
Implement continuous improvement measures based on feedback and observations.

Mandatory Requirement (Key Responsibilities): 

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar technical support role.
Strong technical knowledge in the relevant industry or product line.
Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Willingness to travel for on-site service visits as required.
Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
